KALINLIK ALAN VE KALİBRE EDEN ÇELİK GÖVDELİ İLK İSTASYON / THE FIRST STATION WITH A STEEL BODY FOR THICKNESS ASSESSMENT AND CALIBRATION: Çelik merdane üzerinde çalışan sert yapılı ve 80 kum değerindeki zımpara sayesinde kalibre edilecek Ürünün kalınlık ayarı ve kalibrasyonu sağlanır. Bu istasyon sayesinde ürün tek seferde 0,5 mm inceltilebilir. / The station uses a hard-structured, 80-grit sandpaper working on a steel roller to adjust and calibrate the thickness of the product to be calibrated. With this station, the product can be thinned by 0.5 mm in a single pass.

YÜZEY FİNİSAJINI YAPAN DESTEKLİ KAUÇUK GÖVDELİ İKİNCİ İSTASYON / SECOND STATION WITH SUPPORTED RUBBER BODY FOR SURFACE FINISHING: İki kauçuk merdane arasına yerleştirilmiş hassas ayarlanabilen bir ped ünitesinden oluşan bu istasyonda sert yapılı 400 kum değerindeki zımpara yardımıyla kalibre edilmiş ürünlerin süper finisajları yapılır ve kusursuz bir yüzey elde edilmesi sağlanır. / This station, consisting of a precisely adjustable pad unit placed between two rubber rollers, uses hard-grit 400-grit sandpaper to perform super-finishing on calibrated products, ensuring a flawless surface.

OTOMATİK ÜRÜN KALINLIĞI ÖLÇÜMÜ / AUTOMATIC PRODUCT THICKNESS MEASUREMENT: Makinenin girişinde kalibre edilecek ürünün kalınlığını çok hassas şekilde ölçebilen lazerli bir ölçüm sensörü bulunmaktadır. Bu sayede manuel ölçüm yapmak yerine sıfır hata ile ölçüm yapılabilmektedir. / The machine is equipped with a laser measuring sensor at its input that can very precisely measure the thickness of the product to be calibrated. This allows for measurement with zero error, replacing manual measurement.

MAKİNE ÇIKIŞINDA TEMİZLEME İSTASYONU / CLEANING STATION AT THE MACHINE OUTLET: Makine çıkışında konveyör üzerinde içerisinde fırça bulunan temizleme istasyonu bulunmaktadır. Bu istasyon kalibresi veya zımparası yapılmış ürünü kusursuzca temizler ve boya prosesi için hazır hale getirir. / A cleaning station containing brushes is located on the conveyor at the machine outlet. This station perfectly cleans the calibrated or sanded product and prepares it for the painting process.

ZIMPARA MERKEZLEME SENSÖRLERİ / SANDING MACHINE CENTERING SENSORS: Her iki istasyonda da bulununan lazer hareket sensörleri sayesinde yüksek hızda çalışan zımparalar sağa ve sola kaymaz ve daima merkezde dönmeye devam eder. / Thanks to laser motion sensors located at both stations, the sanding machines, operating at high speeds, do not drift left or right and always remain centered.

ZIMPARA GÜVENLİĞİ HAREKET SWİTCHLERİ / SANDPAPER SAFETY MOVEMENT SWITCHES : Her iki istasyonda da bulunan mekanik hareket switchleri sayesinde yüksek hızda çalışan zımparalar, merkezleme sensörlerinin çalışmaması durumunda devreye girer ve zımparaların gövdeden çıkmasını engeller. / Thanks to the mechanical movement switches located at both stations, the high-speed sanders are activated in case the centering sensors fail, preventing the sandpaper from coming out of the housing.
